Financial Aid

There are several types of financial aid available to help students cover college expenses, including grants, loans, scholarships, and work-study programs. Some forms of aid—such as grants and scholarships—do not need to be repaid, while others—like loans—must be repaid after graduation.

To be considered for any type of financial assistance, including institutional grants (regardless of eligibility), students must complete either the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application (CADAA). These applications are essential not only for federal and state aid, but also for determining eligibility for additional support and programs offered by colleges and universities.

Completing a financial aid application signals to institutions that your family is seeking financial support, regardless of income level.

Important Deadline for Seniors:

All AB Miller seniors are expected to submit their FAFSA or CADAA application by November 30th. The final deadline to submit is March 2nd of their senior year.
